With the average start-up fee for mobile or home-based franchisees being over $50,000, the Tile Rescue franchise purchase fee of $45,000 is comparatively modest. The franchise fee is paid on a fixed structure, meaning that you are not subject to any additional royalty fees on sales.
As you maybe aware, some franchise systems calculate royalty payments on a percentage of the gross turnover, meaning the more you earn, the more royalties you pay. We don’t like this system as we feel it is unfair and you should be encouraged to be as successful in your business as possible, not held back!

Franchise Stories
Operating one of three Tile Rescue tile cleaning franchises on the Gold Coast, Kristen Manley is well aware of the need for the company’s services, a need she explains that extends far beyond residential homes.
Kristen’s interest in the tile cleaning franchises was piqued when she realised that not only residential households could benefit from the services they offered. Indeed, anywhere that has tiles and grout will need them cleaned at some point.
Servicing motels, retirement villages, offices and a range of other properties, Kristen says “there’s no end to the amount of work that’s out there,” and enjoys the challenge of running her own business.
She considers being in charge and running her own business as her greatest achievement since joining the network of home services franchises, but admits that things might have been different if she had invested in a different business.
“Being a woman I felt limited with other franchises that I looked at but with Tile Rescue I can be fully involved with every part of the job,” she concludes.

Servicing anything to do with tile and grout maintenance for customers all over the Hunter in NSW, Jacobsen says that he is always kept busy, especially given that no other company offers a similar service in the area.
Jacobsen previously worked as a truck driver, and reports that since joining the tile cleaning franchises, he has more than doubled his weekly earnings.
The future is looking bright too, with Jacobsen recently increasing the territories he services from one to three.
